My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were missing some essentials and had a smoke smell that lingered even before my arrival. On the bright side, the service was exceptional, with staff like Tiara and Betsy going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and convenience. The location was convenient for reaching the airport and my destination quickly. However, the dining experience left much to be desired.

When I first arrived at the hotel, I noticed a slight musky smell in the room, almost like someone had smoked in it or a dog was there. Additionally, it reeked of cigarettes despite the no smoking policy. The service, however, was great, especially at 1:30 in the morning. The location was fantastic for airport access, even though it was a bit challenging to reach the front desk from the airport. Unfortunately, dining options were limited, with no designated smoking section available.

My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were clean and comfortable for a one-night layover, and the place is indicated as smoke-free, which I appreciated. It was clean, compact, and had a nice smell in the air. However, the service was a bit mixed as some staff members were rude and disinterested, but there were others who were very helpful, especially during breakfast. The location was convenient for shopping and dining, but not being within walking distance of eateries was a drawback for me as a solo traveler without a car. The dining experience had some limitations, but the facilities were decent overall.
